As a small U.S.-based business, our mission is to provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality products in a timely manner. Most of our team is hands-on during the day—actively making and shipping products—so we may not always be available by phone.
We do, however, check emails frequently and usually respond quickly. If you'd prefer to speak with someone directly or would like to place an order over the phone, please visit our [Contact Page] and complete the form with your request. Simply write:
"Please call me at [your phone number]"
Be sure to include a number where you can be easily reached (cell phone preferred).
IMPORTANT: We are located in the Eastern Time Zone. If you email us in the afternoon, we may return your call the following morning. To avoid calling too early, please let us know the earliest time you’re available to receive a call.
Why don’t you list a phone number?
We’ve found that listing a public phone number online results in an overwhelming number of spam and telemarketing calls—hundreds per day. This disrupts our production schedule and makes it difficult to stay focused on fulfilling orders. By handling phone calls on request, we’re able to better serve our customers and keep things running efficiently.
Why don’t you have a call center?
We used to operate a call center, but in 2022 we shifted to a more streamlined approach. With the rising cost of labor (often $30/hour or more), it simply isn’t practical to keep staff available for just a few calls per day.
Email remains the fastest and most efficient way to get your questions answered. However, if you'd like a call back, just request it via the contact form, and we’ll reach out as soon as possible.
