Wholesale Ordering Information

Thank you for your interest in carrying our products in your store!

We are pleased to offer our belts at wholesale pricing exclusively to brick-and-mortar retail stores. Please note that our products are not available for resale on online platforms such as personal websites, eBay, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.

Getting Started

To begin, we recommend stocking one or more of our best-selling styles, such as the Maverick Belt or Lakota Belt, available in multiple colors and options. You can meet the minimum order quantity by selecting a mix of sizes and colors within the same style. For gun stores, see our Eastwood line of gun belts.

  • Minimum order quantity: 50 belts

  • Price breaks available: at 100 and 250 units

Larger orders benefit from lower per-unit pricing.

If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send you a simple Excel order form to complete your initial test order. Once received, we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your selected styles and quantities.

  • Shipping timeframe: 7–14 business days after payment clearance

Returns & Quality Assurance

All wholesale orders are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. However, we do not accept returns or provide warranties on wholesale purchases. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend ordering a single item from our website before placing a bulk order.

Private Labeling

Our belts feature our logo and SKU number stamped on the back.
We do not offer private labeling unless your order exceeds $20,000. Please contact us for more information if this applies to your needs.

Display Hangers

We offer optional plastic pegboard hangers for an additional cost. These hangers include:

  • Belt size

  • "Made in the U.S.A" marking

  • Our brand logo

Please request these during the ordering process.

UPC Codes

Our belts do not come with UPC barcodes by default. If you require barcoding for your store, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss available options.
